Processing Time
Each Newt&Mabel LLC piece is carefully made and finished by hand, so processing times may vary. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 5–10 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but typically range between 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.


Shipping Delays
Newt&Mabel LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Newt&Mabel LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at newtandmabel@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
